The Essential accident and illness plan offers a $10,000 annual limit which cannot be configured. You can adjust the deductible and reimbursement rate to your preference.

Ligaments with Prior Conditions on the Opposing Knee or Ligament

Claims
Prudent Pet has an online portal where you can directly submit your claims. Alternatively, you can submit claims via fax, mail, or email with invoice(s) no later than 90 days after the end of the policy period. Prudent Pet also offers vet direct pay on a case-by-case basis.
