In 2003, a concept for a pet insurance company won the 2003 Wharton Business Plan Competition. That concept later blossomed into Embrace, and the company has only grown since then.
Embrace strives to offer customers the best coverage to help them get the best care for their best friends when unexpected accidents and illnesses happen without breaking the bank. Policies are fully customizable to fit any budget, and coverage is comprehensive, so there are no gaps.
Giving back is an important part of Embrace’s culture; it’s even one of the company’s core values. In fact, in 2022, Embrace Pet Insurance generated over $600,000 for nonprofit organizations. This funding benefited 130 organizations, both local to Cleveland, Ohio, and nationwide. Embrace employees also contributed over 2,000 hours of volunteer work in 2022. While we are still compiling our 2023 giving report, we can say that we continued our strong commitment to our communities again last year.
