The Bullmastiff is one of the largest dog breeds in the world with an average weight between 100 to 130 pounds. Originally bred by English gamekeepers in the 19th century, Bullmastiffs helped wardens guard estates and capture poachers.

Because of its history the Bullmastiff is sometimes referred to as the “Gamekeeper’s Night Dog.”
